Community Pool Opens with a Splash!

Homeowner NewsThe neighborhood pool, pool house and playground were completed and opened in time for the July 4th weekend. The neighborhood Grand Opening held the following week was well attended and all enjoyed a covered dish supper. Many neighbors have gotten to know each other better through the pool amenity and we hope to have more social functions at the pool throughout the season. Please contact Dave Harris (336-816-5996) if you need homeowner or guest passes to use the private pool.

The bath house consists of "his" and "her" bathrooms with changing areas, breezeway between the bathrooms and mechanical and storage rooms.  A security fence surrounds the facilities and an open asphalt parking lot with handicap access is provided in front of the pool area.  The swimming facilities are for Heron Cove residents and their guests only.

The swimming facilities are managed by Kuester Real Estate Services.  Operating times, rules and regulations will be provided in an upcoming newsletter.  Please stay posted!

Trail System Nearing Completion

We are working on trails on Phase IV and a grassed trail behind the sales center of Heron Cove.  The three trails will enable pedestrians to enjoy a walk in the woods, a quiet moment at the meditation garden or a shortcut to a friend's house.
